No, it’s very easy to use the online software. There will be a Vehicle Tracking training plan put in place for you by our staff. You could also browse through any Internet hub around the world |

How many computers can I have the tracking/mapping software on? |

As many as you want. You can install the software directly from the website www.elanor.in (using your username and password) onto as many computers as you wish at no additional cost. The computer in use must have an Internet connection. |

Is the price really fixed or are there hidden extras? |

One of the reasons Elanor has chosen to be transparent is because it has a top quality product supplied at a low, fixed price. The only time the price would vary is if you want value add services, at which point the price would need to be adjusted. Vehicles can be polled by customer/staff as often as they want with no additional charges. So, in almost all cases yes, the price is fixed. |

Will the installation require permanent alterations to the vehicle? |

The tracking system hardware is predominantly installed in cars, vans and trucks. The installation will not require any damage to the body of the vehicle and the antenna is fixed internally to the windscreen. On some trucks and vans a roof-mounted antenna is recommended it needs to be mounted on the top of the vehicle. On request it can be completely hidden/invisible in the vehicle as well. |
